Jason Fleischood is the Director of Operations, bringing 15+ years of experience to his role with The Hoffman Financial Group and Gerdelmann Group.  Known for delivering exceptional, concierge level client service, Jason takes pride in being a trusted and approachable resource for clients, ensuring their needs are handled with care, accuracy and professionalism. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve their long-term goals.

Jason joined the firm in 2025, previously he served as a Paraplanner at Ameriprise Financial where he was responsible for trading, comprehensive client service and office management.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Candice, and Daughter, Laila.  Their shared love of basketball has inspired Jason to coach girls' youth basketball for the past eight years.  He and his family reside in Collegeville with their two dogs, Sassy and Rosie.
